Calling all Vivacious Volunteers -- we need YOU!
The “cultural creatives” team, is looking for volunteers to serve as venue greeters,
good-will ambasidors, ballot box watchers, runners, movers-and-schlepers, and general
mayhem and merryment makers during the June 5, 2010 Aurora ArtWalk
Ideally we are looking for volunteers, to staff two shifts This will
allow everyone to come and enjoy half the event, and then work
- or - work and then enjoy the balance of the event.
All interested volunteers are asked to register by submitting their
complete contact information (name, address, zip, phone, email)

1) Opening -- Sat. June 5, 1:30 to 4:30pm
~ or ~
2) Closing -- Sat. June 5, 4:30 to 7:30pm
~ or ~
3) We need 6 people for our TEE TEAM a group of folks who will make
rounds between the different venues selling ArtWalk Tee-Shirts.
All staff must register before/by May 28, 2010 and are
required to attend Staff Pre-Event Training PARTY
June 2nd wed. 5-7 pm at River's Edge Café
